Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. We may not be able to accept the return or exchange after this deadline.

Act promptly: To avoid missing the return window, contact our support team as soon as you decide you need to return or exchange an item — don’t wait until the last day.

Return Delivery
Customer Pays

Unless the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Customer Covers Postage: For standard returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Defective / Our Error: If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost
Use Tracked Shipping: We strongly recommend using a delivery method that includes tracking and insurance

Important: We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return journey. Always use a tracked and insured shipping method to protect yourself.

Restocking Fee

Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee. If your return or exchange is subject to a restocking fee, we will notify you in advance before processing.

Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow up to ten business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account.

Refund process: (1) Item received → (2) Quality inspection → (3) Refund approved → (4) Payment processed within 10 business days → (5) Credited to original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to replace a product with a different size, colour, or style, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Exceptions
Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. These exceptions will always be communicated to you before or at the point of purchase.

Custom-Made Items: Products that are customized or made-to-order specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged
Other Exceptions: Additional non-returnable products will be clearly identified on their product pages and at checkout

We will notify you: If any exceptions apply to your order, we will clearly communicate this before you complete your purchase — no unexpected surprises after buying.

Damaged or Defective Products
We Cover Return Postage

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please let our customer service team know as soon as possible. We will provide instructions on returning the item and getting a replacement or full refund.

We Cover Return Postage: When the fault is on our end, Genghis Fitness covers all return shipping costs

Refusal of Returns or Exchanges

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy or are not initiated within the specified time limit.

Outside 30-Day Window: Returns initiated after 30 days of purchase may not be accepted
Ineligible Condition: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging or tags
Excluded Products: Custom-made items or other products specifically noted as non-returnable at purchase
